James Turner has a genuine passion for real estate. He purchased his first investment property as a teenager, made a profit, and never looked back. Since then he has bought and sold almost a hundred properties, for himself and his family. As he gained expertise in real estate investment, a large crowd of his friends began following him to the next great opportunity. Before long, James was leading his group into a preconstruction condo launch and selling out the entire building. All of this was before he became a licensed agent. Since 2012 when he became a full-time realtor, James has helped hundreds more with their real estate goals and dreams. He has been awarded the following distinctions over the last several years: --Platinum Club, 2013, 2015, 2016 --Chairman’s Club, 2014 --Diamond Club, 2017 --Hall of Fame --He also was recognized as one of the top 30 agents under 30 years old, in Canada. James has been a resident of, or conducted business in the following cities: Toronto, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Grimsby and the Niagara region. This gives him true insight and understanding of the entire Golden Horseshoe Area. Also, James is a full service realtor, having sold residential and commercial properties, as well as vacant land and businesses. Denis came to Canada at a young age and grew up in Stoney Creek. He attended McMaster University where he graduated with a B.A. in Economics. After graduating from university Denis married his lovely wife Andrea and they now have three children. Erin had an overwhelming desire to be a successful realtor from an early age. A natural salesperson, she gained invaluable skills and experience in high end sales environments in preparation for entering the world of real estate. In 2012 she became a licensed agent and quickly caught the attention of the Turner Magic Team. Soon after, she was welcomed into the sales team of the New Horizon Development Group, one the region’s busiest builders. Mike was raised in North Burlington and currently lives in Waterdown. Mike has been a Professional Firefighter since 2009 with the Burlington Fire Department.
